There’s an endless array of products that claim to be the best cleaner for glass shower doors. Speaking from experience, there are very few products that actually get a glass shower door clean.
I’ve used plenty of products that are made to chemically remove water stains, mold and mildew, and the soap scum that typically collects on glass doors and in the shower door tracks. Success has always been limited. And I sometimes feel the need to wear rubber slippers when I step into the shower for the first time after using some chemical cleaners. They can be more harmful than you think.
I’ve also tried my share of environmentally friendly cleaning products. They certainly smell better, and I don’t feel like I need rubber slippers when I get back in the shower, but do they get anything clean? That’s always a concern when I try an organic cleaner.
Within the last 6 months, I’ve started to use environmentally friendly cleaning products from Leafy, and I have to say the company’s Window & Glass Cleaner has made me a believer. I was skeptical at first but after my experience with this product, I think I’m ready to say that Leafy provides the best cleaner for glass shower doors I’ve used to date.
The first time I used it, I could tell Leafy had more cleaning power than other environmentally friendly cleaning products that I had used before. I started with a part of my door that had a moderate amount of soap scum and water stains.
I sprayed the area with Leafy’s Window & Glass Cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes. When I returned, I could see that some of the soap scum and water stains had already started to run down the shower door. I used a large sponge that I had soaked in hot water and rubbed the area clean.
Somewhat surprised by the effectiveness of the product, I gave it a chance to break down a troublesome area on my shower door where mold and mildew always seems to collect, no matter how often I clean the area. I sprayed more of Leafy’s Window & Glass cleaner on this area because it definitely needed it.
I let the product work for a few minutes and was able to wipe most of the area clean. I applied a second dose of Leafy and the entire area came clean for the first time in a while. I was pleasantly surprised and finished cleaning the rest of the glass. Because some areas had significant soap scum and water stains, it took a second application to get the area completely clean. But even many of the chemical cleaners that I’ve used previously needed a second try to get an area clean.
Even better, Leafy’s Window & Glass Cleaner leaves behind a fresh citrus scent, not the heavy chemical smell that’s left behind by other prominent cleaners.
Since getting my glass shower doors clean, I’ve tried other Leafy cleaning products with similar results. The Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaner is great on grease in the kitchen, and even better on mold and mildew in the bathroom. Leafy also makes a Hardwood Floor Cleaner, a Range & Hood Cleaner for even tougher messes in the kitchen, and a General Cleaner for every room in the home.
I certainly recommend trying the Window & Glass Cleaner. It may be the best cleaner for glass shower doors among the growing lineup of all-natural cleaners.
